An art book that summarizes the family crest, which can be said to be the origin of Japanese graphic design. The variety of family crests is unique in the world, and it can be said to be one of Japan's proud cultural assets that sublimated various Kacho Fugetsu into beautiful designs.From the existing approximately 20,000 family crests, D-BROS selected 350 from a graphic design perspective, and summarized a hand-drawn pictorial book, the origin of the family crest, history, and explanations of each family crest. It is a set of two commentary books.

I learned that there are about 20,000 family crests in Japan. At the same time, I also learned that there are many family crests that are likely to be lost, such as those that are poorly preserved and those that do not have a successor.
Therefore, I decided to make this book as a design company in order to convey the beauty of the family crest to many people in order to leave the family crest, which is a culture unique to Japan, to posterity.
Many of the family crests depicted in the catalog were originally tattered, but they were restored by rewriting them by hand.
