Visually grasp the schedule
--Are there any points you like about the Creators Diary?
"The bellows are helpful. When deciding on a schedule, you can expand it to get a bird's-eye view of the schedule, and at first glance, it's empty so you can do it, and you can expand it at meetings."
--From a bird's-eye view, it's obvious that the schedule is open.
"I'm the type that is easier to get into my head visually, so the schedule book feels like a figure, and I understand it visually as if there is time because it is blank.I wonder if there is so much until the deadline, or if I'm so rested. This diary can be grasped at a glance
-I see.It seems that the judgment will be quicker if you catch it visually.
"I feel that things like this horizontal axis and vertical axis naturally come into my head."
-Do you always think vertically with the horizontal flow in your head?
"is that so"
--- If you have been using it for 11 years, you will naturally be able to think that way. Is there anything you have devised to get a visual idea of your schedule?
"I try to check the tasks that have been completed.Check your schedule for this week at the beginning of the week and mark the schedules that are close to the deadline to stand out. "
--What does color coding mean?
"The parts I use in the main (project column below) are color-coded for easy understanding, but the others are just written with what I have at that time. There are some things that are not easy to use unless you devise a notebook, but since this has different roles for the top and bottom, it is good to understand it immediately even if you write it roughly like me.I'm sure there are people who enjoy the ingenuity, but for me it's better to write it and understand it. "
Put the feelings of the year on the cover
--Are there any other things you like?
"The color of the cover changes every year, so it's nice to be able to choose.I choose red based on the feelings of the year, such as the feeling that red is crazy and the feeling that white has no future.I think it's good to be able to get rid of it and put your own feelings into it by choosing a color. "
--The cover is also cute and customized.
「 It's also fun to customize. Stickers and decoupage. There were times when I was wearing key chains and amulets. "
-It will be fun to have.
"Customization gives you the feeling of that time."
-I'm glad that you can see from the diary that you are walking together.
"The logo mark will change from next year, I liked the current logo."
-That's right. While the team is once again discussing what the creator's diary means, we want the product to be designed and managed by oneself rather than just filling the schedule. I changed the logo to the product name "Creator's Diary" because I want to convey the thoughts I put in when it became a product.
"I like the attitude of constantly making minor changes and not making the status quo good.In the old days, you changed the typeface on the inside every year. "
--Thank you for noticing! In the old days, it was a rule to change the typeface and color little by little every year, but recently, repeaters have said that changing it every year makes it difficult to use, and it has become established in the current typeface.
"I think it's nice to make minor changes every year."
--Thank you. We will continue to make minor changes that will be easier for our customers to use.
Inspiration comes from time with children and greed books
--Where did Yoshii-san's creative ideas and inspiration come from?
"I still like old printed matter, and there are materials like that, and after moving here, I sometimes come up with ideas in the nature while taking a walk."
--- It's a place where nature is really abundant, isn't it? Then, spending time playing with your child in the park is also a search for ideas.
"That's right. Finding mushrooms and picking up acorns."
-Is the time for ideas for work included in what you do?
"Yes, it is included. When I draw a picture, I first collect the materials necessary to draw the picture and then draw it, but the strange things that came out by image search at that time are also inspiration.
For a while, I've been watching Tumblr every day, collecting what I want and what I like. That's why the illustrations are greedy and the essence of that (laughs). "

-I like the name Greedy Book (laughs)
"It's a book like a lump of greed, and you can't get everything you wrote, and you may get less than 10% of the total. Put this in your bag and go shopping. And even if there is something I want a little, there are still more things I want more than this, so this has the effect of suppressing myself as if I do not have to buy it yet (laugh) "
-I see. It's a notebook to spit out your own desires.
"I also write about enthusiasm. I write" I don't buy when I'm impatient "(laughs)."
--- I also wanted to write a greedy book.
"It's good, writing it will eliminate the sickness. I highly recommend it."
